Grief to Gratitude
Do you feel stuck after losing a loved one? Grief impacts our mind, body and spirit and leaves us with feelings of despair. We can way too easily distract ourselves from these feelings only to find our despair waiting in the shadows.
This class focuses on healing from within. By acknowledging our feelings and the reasons for them, we can move forward with grace, gratitude and acceptance.
